AI credits

One plain paragraph about AI.

Some features use an AI model: moderation hints, chat translation, Ask Perchy, moment titles and recaps. Those run on credits. One credit is about one short reply. Free includes 150 a month, Pro 5,000, Studio 30,000. When credits run out, the AI parts pause and the dashboard says so. Commands, timers, rule based moderation and everything else keep working, and nothing is cut off quietly.

How the money works.

What happens when I upgrade?
You pay the difference for the rest of the period now, and the new limits unlock at once. There is nothing to wait for.
What happens when I downgrade or cancel?
It takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for. Until then you keep everything.
What happens to things over the new limit?
They pause. Nothing is deleted at once. Paused items are kept for 90 days, with reminders at 30, 7 and 1 day, and you can export them in one click. Bring the count back under the limit, or upgrade again, and they switch back on.
Is the plan per person or per channel?
Per channel workspace. One channel can connect Twitch, YouTube and Kick together on one plan. A second channel has its own plan.
What if I use all my AI credits?
The AI features pause until the month turns over, and the dashboard tells you. Everything else keeps working.
Is there yearly billing?
Not yet. Plans are billed monthly, in US dollars.
Who handles the payment?
Payments go through Polar. Perchy never sees your card number.
